("Lekondo," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects the images and information you share when using our app, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

1. Information We Collect

We collect different types of information to provide and improve our Services:

1.1 Personal Information Things like your name, email, username, phone number, payment details, and social login identifiers.

1.2 Content & Metadata This includes images you upload (fit pics, wardrobe shots, etc.), captions, tags, comments, and any metadata (e.g. location, timestamps) embedded in those files.

1.3 Usage & Device Data Technical details such as device type, browser version, IP address, the pages you visit, cookies, and in-app actions.

2. How We Use It

We use your data to:

• Operate and maintain the core product
• Power features like search, tagging, and discovery
• Back up and display your content
• Detect misuse, fraud, or security threats
• Communicate with you about updates and support

3. Image Visibility & License

By default, content you post is private to the Lekondo community. You retain ownership of everything you upload.

However, when you post content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, copy, publicly display, translate, and create derivative works of that content — consistent with your privacy settings. This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems.

We won't use your images in external marketing without asking first.

4. Sharing Your Info

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it in these limited situations:

• With service providers who help us with hosting, analytics, or payments (bound by confidentiality agreements)
• For legal reasons, such as law enforcement requests, court orders, or to prevent harm
• If we're acquired or merge with another company, your data may transfer to the new owner

5. Your Controls

You're in control of your info:

• Update your data in-app
• Delete your account by emailing contact@lekondo.com
• When you delete your account, we'll begin removing your data within a reasonable time, but may retain some information for legal, security, or backup reasons
• California residents: You have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to access or delete your data, and to opt out of data "sales" or "sharing" — which we do not engage in

6. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for the reasons described above. Deleted content may temporarily remain in backups or system logs. Some data may be retained for legal compliance, enforcing policies, or ensuring user safety.

7. Security

We take data protection seriously:

• Data is transmitted using secure protocols (such as TLS)
• We store your data using secure cloud infrastructure
• Access to personal data is restricted to authorized, trained personnel

No system is 100% secure, but we work continuously to improve our security practices.

Lekondo is not intended for children under 13. If we discover that we've collected personal data from a child under 13, we'll delete it.
