Geschiedenis
Dawei Sun founded the brand in 2016 after gaining experience at major fashion houses including Balenciaga and John Galliano. He previously co-directed the label Belle Ninon. DAWEI is recognized for its integration of Chinese heritage with Parisian couture techniques. The brand became a regular participant in Paris Fashion Week, contributing to the mid-2010s movement of independent designers who redefined luxury through structural experimentation and a rejection of overt branding.
