ประวัติศาสตร์แฟชั่น
Roger Vivier established his boutique in Paris in 1937. He is historically credited with the invention of the stiletto heel in 1954 and the comma heel. Vivier designed the footwear for Queen Elizabeth II’s coronation in 1953. His collaboration with Christian Dior during the 1950s solidified his influence on mid-century silhouettes. The brand’s cultural impact was further cemented by the 1967 introduction of the buckle pump in the film Belle de Jour.
