Izumi Ogino founded Anteprima in 1993, establishing the brand's headquarters in Milan. In 1998, the label gained international recognition with the launch of its signature Wirebag, a hand-knitted accessory made from PVC wire. Ogino holds historical significance as the first Japanese female designer to join the Milan Fashion Week schedule. The brand represents a cross-cultural fusion, integrating traditional artisanal techniques with contemporary industrial materials to define its place in fashion history.
